Inn Policies
100% Smoke Free Property. All interior and exterior premises are smoke-free and smoking is prohibited. No Smoking of any use of cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, marijuana, etc. is prohibited from all premises. Any smoking signs or identification of debris as butts or matches will result in a restoration fee equal to a minimum of one night room rate plus all cleaning costs to be applied to the credit card on file.
No candles allowed in rooms, cabins or any of the Inn’s premises.
No guest pets allowed.
Children over the age of 12 are welcomed.
- Check In time is from 4-6PM. For later arrivals please contact management to notify the ETA to be able to arrange your check in. Keep in mind this is a small inn and 24 hours reception is not available.
- Check out time is 11AM.

- Registered guests must be at least 21 years or age to make a reservation and valid government-issued identification with photo will be required at Check-In.
- Reservations are subject to availability and best available rates.
- Rates are inclusive of Daily Breakfast.
- Reservations subject to Single/Double occupancy for guestrooms with one bed – two people maximum allowed per room.
- Room occupancy established as per safety codes. Maximum room occupancy as outlined per each room category in accommodation descriptions. Additional persons will not be allowed over the maximum room occupancy established. Any guests over the maximum room occupancy allowed will require to reserve another room subject to availability and rate.
- Reservations subject to additional charges for extra guest per room, per night for guestrooms with sleeper sofa for three people maximum occupancy. Valid only in rooms with sleeper sofa. Fees may vary, subject to availability.
- Reservations for the Garden Cabin subject to additional charges for the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms per room, per night for a maximum of two guests per rooms – six people maximum allowed at the Garden Cabin. Fees may vary, subject to availability.
- Two-night minimum stays restrictions apply, for availability and exceptions for one-night stays contact management.

- To guarantee and confirm the reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the entire stay room and tax charges will be applied to the credit card provided upon booking.
- Balance or complete payment will be charged 14 Days prior to arrival.
- If the reservation is within 14 days of arrival, full payment will apply upon booking.
- Any additional purchases made during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file upon check-out.
- All charges are subject to state and local taxes, payable in US Dollars.

- Reservations may be cancelled up to 14 Days prior to arrival date or check-in date. The deposit will be refunded upon cancellation, less a $50 nonrefundable processing fee applied towards the credit card on file.
- Requests to Cancel past the 14 Days prior to arrival date or check-in date, are subject to Full Payment processed via the credit card provided and charges are nonrefundable.
- Reservations Cancelled on Day of Arrival or No Shows are subject to Full Payment.
- Modifications to the number of nights is considered a Cancellation and Full Payment will apply.
- A $50 nonrefundable processing fee will be applied and deducted from the initial deposit for cancellations or modifications.
- Cancellation over holidays or special events dates may vary and will be notified in writing with your reservation confirmation.
- Cancellation for packages and add-ons are subject to Full Payment.
- Cancellation Fee is non-refundable.
Gift Certificates are available for purchase subject to expiration date within one year from date issued.
- Daily Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served in the Main Inn Building from 8-9AM.
- Daily Wine30 reception is at 530PM offering a glass of wine and light appetizer served in the Main Inn Building
- We appreciate advanced notice prior to arrival if you have any dietary restrictions we should prepare to consider.
- WiFi service in rooms and throughout Inn’s common areas.
- Common areas feature seating rooms, porch, outdoor seating areas in the gardens, hammocks, fire-pit.
- Parking available on premises for in-house guests.
Beechwood Inn offers one ADA accessible guest room; Nantahala Suite is outfitted for wheelchair access, wide doorways, audible and strobe fire and carbon dioxide alarm, bathroom features grab bars, raised toilet, wheelchair accessible sink, and transfer bathtub with lowered plumbing fixtures. Room subject to availability.
