Are there rooms on the ground floor or accessible rooms with no stairs?

Do you Offer ADA Accessible Rooms?
We offer one ADA accessible room – Nantahala Suite. Please contact us in advance for specific accessibility needs to ensure a comfortable stay.
Are there TV or televisions in the rooms?
The seven guestrooms in the Inn’s Main Building do not have TVs intentionally to allow an atmosphere to disconnect.
However, the Blueberry Cabin does feature a Smart TV.

Are kids allowed?
Only children over 12 years of age are allowed.
Do you have smoking rooms?
No, Beechwood Inn is 100% smoke-free and no smoking of any kind is allowed on all premises.

Yes, we have six guestrooms and one cabin with gas fireplaces and there are two additional gas fireplaces in the common areas.

Do you have a fire pit?
Yes, Beechwood Inn features a beautiful garden area with a large gas firepit.
Can you barbecue on the fire pit?
Barbecue is not allowed on property or at the gas firepit.

Yes, we are open year-round for all seasons.

Yes, there is parking free of charge available to inhouse guests.
Do you have EV chargers on property?
No, we do not offer EV chargers. However, there are EV charges in town on Church Street.

Yes. Although our backyard of the North Georgia Mountains offers plenty of adventure and activity options from hiking, waterfalls, lakes, vineyards and more – we can arrange for special activities on property as private yoga sessions, arts and crafts, chef dinners and cooking classes. Are you close to any Lakes?

Policies
Reservations & Rates
- Reservations are subject to availability and best available rates.
- Rates are inclusive of Daily Breakfast.
- Reservations are subject to single/double occupancy for guestrooms with one bed – two people maximum allowed per room.
- Two-night minimum stay restrictions apply; for availability and exceptions for one-night stays, contact us directly.
- Additional minimum stay restrictions may apply and are subject to change.
- Rates, fees, and taxes are subject to change.
- Rates are subject to state and local taxes, payable in US Dollars.
- Reservations are subject to the Inn’s policies as outlined on the Beechwood Inn’s website.

Room Occupancy
- Reservations are subject to single/double occupancy for guestrooms with one bed – two people maximum allowed per room.
- Room occupancy is established according to safety codes. Maximum occupancy is outlined per room category in the accommodation descriptions. Additional guests beyond the established limit are not permitted and will require booking an additional room, subject to availability and applicable rates.
- Reservations are subject to additional charges for extra guests per room, per night in guestrooms with a sleeper sofa. Three-person maximum occupancy applies only to rooms with a sleeper sofa. Fees may vary and are subject to availability.
- Room occupancy limits are subject to change.
Payments & Deposits
- To guarantee and confirm the reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the entire stay (room and tax) will be charged to the credit card provided at booking.
- Additional packages or enhancements are subject to full payment prior to arrival.
- The remaining balance will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- If the reservation is made within 14 days of arrival, full payment will be charged at the time of booking.
- Any additional purchases made during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file upon check-out.
- All charges are subject to state and local taxes, payable in US Dollars.
- Payments are accepted via credit card.
Cancellation Policy
- Call 706 782 5485 for cancellations.
- Reservations may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the arrival or check-in date. The deposit will be refunded, less a $50 nonrefundable cancellation fee per room, per night, which will be charged to the credit card on file.
- Cancellation requests made within 14 days of arrival or check-in are subject to full payment, which is nonrefundable.
- Reservations cancelled on the day of arrival or no-shows are subject to full payment.
- Modifications to the number of nights are treated as cancellations and full payment will apply.
- A $50 nonrefundable cancellation fee per room, per night will be deducted from the initial deposit for all cancellations or modifications.
- Cancellations during holidays or special event dates may follow different policies, which will be provided in your reservation confirmation.
- Cancellations for packages and add-ons are subject to full payment.
- All cancellation fees are nonrefundable.
Check‑In & Check‑Out
- Check‑In time is from 4–6 PM. Later arrivals should contact management in advance to coordinate.
- Check‑Out time is 11 AM.

- Registered guests must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid government‑issued photo ID.
Smoke-Free Policy
- Beechwood Inn is a 100% smoke-free property—smoking is not permitted indoors or outdoors anywhere on the premises.
- No use of cigarettes, cigars, e‑cigarettes, incense, candles, or any open flames allowed.
- Violations will result in cleaning or restoration fees charged to the card on file.
Damages & Replacement Fees
- Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay.
- Charges may apply for stained linens, damaged furnishings, or decor.
- Fees for repair, replacement, or cleaning will be charged to the card on file after inspection.

- Daily breakfast served from 8–9 AM in the Main Inn.
- Evening Wine30 reception at 5:30 PM with wine and appetizers.
- WiFi available in rooms and throughout common areas.

- Two-course homemade breakfast is served daily from 8–9 AM in the Main Inn.
- Breakfast is included in the nightly room rate.

- Children over 12 are welcome.
- Children under 12 are not permitted.
Housekeeping
- Housekeeping is provided between guest stays only.
- Occupied rooms are not serviced during your stay.
No Guest Pets
- Guest pets are not allowed.

- One ADA-accessible room is available: Nantahala Suite.
- Features include wheelchair access, visual/audible alarms, grab bars, and accessible fixtures.
